## About us

This is our **4-star hotel** in Montegrotto Terme, at the foot of the Euganean Hills, in the heart of the Veneto region.

The **Hotel Petrarca Terme** is located in front of the Town Hall square of Montegrotto Terme, a few steps from the town centre and about 1,5 km from the railway station.

Beautiful historical cities such as **Padua** (10 minutes away by train), **Venice** (40 minutes away by train), **Vicenza** and **Verona and the Garda Lake** can also be easily reached by car.

The hotel is surrounded by 40.000 sq.m of park overlooking the hills and a charming landscape, perfect for some relaxation in a natural environment.

Our 4-star hotel in Montegrotto Terme stands apart, thanks to its **8 swimming-pools**, both indoor and outdoor, for children and adults, equipped with water jets, slides, floating beds and one Olympic-size swimming-pool, one-of-a -kind in Abano and Montegrotto!

The Hotel Petrarca Terme combines the **spa tradition** with the most modern **wellbeing treatments**, a large selection of **massages**, facial and body **treatments**, **saunas** and a **salt room**.

Thermal water is the main characteristic of the whole basin of Euganean Spas: the thermal water feeds our swimming-pools and is also used for **mud treatments**, bath treatments and inhalations.

These treatments have been known for years for their beneficial properties in treating and preventing several diseases of the skeletal muscle apparatus and for those who suffer from respiratory diseases.

Physical wellbeing also comes from the table; therefore, our guests can enjoy **delicious dishes** made of **seasonal ingredients** from the local producers as well as flavorful local, regional and Italian menus.
