Today March 20. Is the first day of Spring, the most awaited season of the year!

March is the month in which the **rebirth** of nature begins, the **days get longer** and the **summer is approaching**.

It is precisely as the **days lengthen** and **fill with light** that we are invaded by greater vitality.

Let's see how to make the most of this newfound energy and live it to the fullest .. at the spas!

**1 - Our 40.000 sq park and the outdoor pools**

Our large park is increasingly luxuriant, the **outdoor pools** are even more pleasant: the **Olympic pool**, the **"mushroom" pool**, the **Aphrodite pool** with infinity deck chairs and finally the **Spray Park** for children are open and usable.

**2 - A cuddle for the body**

To prepare the **skin** for the first sun, to exfoliate it deeply and make it **soft** and **silky**, the spring treatment is undoubtedly the *"SPA exfoliating" face and body scrub* by Germaine de Capuccini.

A few minutes’ drive from our hotel you can admire the **almond blossom** on Monte Fasolo: a long dirt road that every spring is tinged with white and pink and becomes the destination for a pleasant walk (with a view of all the surrounding hills).

But also, other gentle slopes of our hills are splashed with colors that stand out among the green of the **vineyards** and **olive trees**.

The numerous marked **paths** allow regenerating walks for an active and healthy holiday.

**4 - Arts and culture**

Alongside the beauties of nature there are as many **cultural beauties**, **easily reachable** in a few minutes by car from our 5-star hotel in Montegrotto.

We would like to point out **3 wonders** that from this year can be visited with a *single ticket* at a reduced rate, the Excellence Ticket!

- **Villa dei Vescovi** in Luvigliano di Torreglia, 7 km, **sixteenth-century villa** that stands on a small hill, invites you to slow down and enjoy the landscape on the spacious terraces and through the vineyards.
- **Catajo Castle**, 6 km away, is an imposing palace with fascinating frescoes and a large park.
- **Monumental Garden** of Villa Barbarigo, 10 km away, is a real symbolic path consisting of fountains, statues, water games and a maze in the enchanting scenery at the foot of the Euganean Hills.

The **big news** this year is the **reopening of the extraordinary Villa Selvatico** in Battaglia Terme, which with its long staircase and unmistakable dome dominates everyone from the height where it is located.
