Rooms

• Check in: The room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival; if your room is ready before that time we will give you the key beforehand, otherwise you can leave your luggage in our left luggage area and take advantage of the pools and SPA.

• Check out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the room before 11 am. Any requests for checking-out later must be agreed with the reception, subject to the availability of the room.

• Guests who wish to use the pools and Spa after checking out can remain for an additional fee of € 40 per person till 6 pm.

Useful information:

• At the moment of the booking, you will be asked for your credit card's number (number and expiry date). No amount will be charged.

• At the moment of check in we kindly ask our guests to show a valid identification document (identity card or passport).

• We kindly ask you to control your credit card limit.

• Our guests must pay the city tax at the end of the whole stay directly at the hotel; this will be € 3,50 per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights (from 13 years). This tax is not included in the hotel price list.

• In the event of "NO SHOW", advanced departure or late arrival, the whole amount of the booking will be charged.
